This application form in to be submitted only… • after your landscape works are completed; and • within six (6) months of the date that the Occupancy Permit was issued for your home. Please note that the requirements for successful coompletion may vary from lot to lot. You must refer to the Landscape Rebate clause for your lot. You must fill out every field and supply each photo requested below. Incomplete submissions will delay the processing of your application. In order to accommodate speedier processing of your application the size of each photo or pdf file is limited to 2 Mb.
